1. Data controller

This Privacy Policy describes how FactuRapid S.A. (RUC 80000000-0), with registered address at Asunción, Paraguay (hereinafter “FactuRapid”, “we”), processes personal data of users of the FactuRapid website and software, in compliance with Act No. 7593/2024 “On Personal Data Protection in the Republic of Paraguay” and other applicable rules.

For any question about this policy you can contact us at contacto@facturapid.com.

2. Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the site and the software, we may process:

  • Account data: login credentials and company data (legal name, RUC, timbrado, address) needed to operate the invoicing system.
  • Operational system data: products, customers, sales, and electronic documents entered by the user company, including data of its own customers (name, RUC/CI) when required to issue electronic tax documents before the SET.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and activity logs, for security and service improvement.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data to:

  • Answer commercial inquiries and schedule product demos (data subject consent).
  • Provide electronic invoicing, point of sale, and stock management (performance of the contract).
  • Issue and transmit electronic tax documents to the National Electronic Invoicing System (SIFEN) of the National Directorate of Tax Revenue (DNIT/SET) (legal obligation).
  • Protect the platform, prevent fraud, and improve our services (legitimate interest).

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with third parties when it is needed to provide the service or required by law:

  • DNIT / SET (SIFEN): transmission of the electronic documents required by Paraguayan tax rules.
  • Technology providers: cloud infrastructure, databases, and authorized tax-integration providers acting as processors under contract.
  • Public authorities: when a statute or court order so requires.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data while a contract is in force and, after it ends, for the applicable legal limitation periods (including tax-document retention periods under Paraguayan law). After those periods, data are deleted or anonymized securely.

6. Data-subject rights

Under Act No. 7593/2024, you have the right to request access, rectification, update, objection, erasure, and portability of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise these rights, send a request to contacto@facturapid.com stating your full name, identity document, and the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may complain to the competent personal-data authority in Paraguay.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data: encryption in transit, role-based access control, isolation of data by company, and regular backups. No system is infallible, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
